In the circle of the 100 meters, there are all that you may need, including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and a good variety of restaurants.When you're ready to venture out, Dubrovnik Luxury Apartments are conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Old town attractions-including forest tours, sun-kissed beaches (surfing, anyone?), and, of course, beautiful Lapad promenade. Our super-cute apartments boast all the amenities you would expect from the luxury hotel, including an attentive owner, maid service as necessary, and high Wi-Fi. At the same time, you can live like a local by taking advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and privacy. It's the perfect size for 2-4 people or a single traveler. The largest part of the Apartment is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Apartments have A/C, satellite TV, wireless internet, bathroom, etc. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs.
The apartment is on the second floor and provides 48m² of living space. It is ideal for two adults and two children. It has a stylish interior of a high standard. The accommodation is classified as four-star and provides a spacious living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen unit, a dining table and a sofa bed. The lower level of the apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Steps lead to the bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, which also has a shower. The bedroom has a French bed (160 x 200cm).
