The Apartments are located in the heart of the tourist part of Dubrovnik named Lapad (majority of Dubrovnik's hotels are located in this area: Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. ). In the circle of the 100 meters, there are all that you may need, including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and a good variety of restaurants.

When you're ready to venture out, Dubrovnik Luxury Apartments are conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Old town attractions-including forest tours, sun-kissed beaches (surfing, anyone?), and, of course, beautiful Lapad promenade. This apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate four people. It has a stylish décor and the interior is of a high standard. The accommodation has been awarded four stars and provides a spacious living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen unit, a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed for two people. The lower floor of the apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, which also has a shower. The bedroom is furnished with a French bed (160 x 200cm). Of course air conditioning (cool/warm) is available. Satellite TV, wireless Internet access and a washing machine are also provided.



The accommodation has a balcony of around 9m² with a table and chairs. It is accessed from the living room.



In front of the apartment building there is a bus stop and there is a bus every 15 to 20 minutes to the old town. There are many hotels in the area (Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park etc.). Within 150 metres there are beaches, shopping facilities, a post office, a tennis court, cafés, bars and many restaurants, as well as the Lapad Promenade. Many hotels within a five-minute walk have swimming pools and fitness rooms.



 In the circle of the 100 meters, there are all that you may need, including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and a good variety of restaurants. There are swimming pools and fitness centers at nearby hotel Park, hotel Uvala and hotel Kompas. All mentioned hotels are five minutes walking distance from apartments.
