    “In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es 3 Restaurants und einige kleine Kneipen mit Imbissen. Die Restaurants sind relativ klein und gemütlich und laden alle zu einem Besuch ein. Man bekommt vor allem lokale Spezialitäten angeboten (vor allem Fisch und Meeresfrüchte) muss aber auch auf bekannte Gerichte nicht verzichten.
    Der Strand von O Pindo "Praia de San Pedro" ist sehr weitläufig. Man erreicht ihn über eine hölzerne Promenade. Hier kann man super Muscheln sammeln. Leider riecht es bei Niedrigwasser etwas unangenehm.
    Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft, auf La Plaza, befindet sich ein Brunnen an dem man sich rund um die Uhr mit frischem Quellwasser versorgen kann. Unmittelbar daneben gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit "Tante-Emma-Laden" Flair, in dem man alles notwendige einkaufen kann.”

    “Sehr ruhig, sehr schön gelegen, das Gegenteil von einer Touristenhochburg.... An der Dorfquelle kann man sich permanent mit Trinkwasser versorgen, 2 kleine Supermärkte bieten alles an Lebensmitteln und Co. was man braucht! Der Strand (flacher, feiner Sandstrand) ist nie überfüllt, viel Platz für jeden und der Hausberg Monte Pindo ist eine Besteigung wert! Wer hier Jubel und Trubel sucht, ist falsch! Man kann hier wunderbar entspannen und abschalten....”
