    “Itri is een lieflijk steil bergdorpje waarbij je de enige toerist bent: prima!
    Op 8 km afstand is de zee en strand.
    Wij hebben in de buurt hele mooie dorpen en steden bezichtigd: Fondi, Gaeta en Terracina bijvoorbeeld.
    Ook de beroemde MonteCassino abdij is op half uur afstand.
    Itri ligt halverwege Napels en Rome, met de trein goed en niet duur te bereiken.
    Ook in anderhalf uur met de auto, maar parkeren is lastig in de grote steden.”

    “Da das Haus zwischen Itri und Formia liegt, waren wir immer nach Formia gefahren für den Einkauf. Formia bietet zahlreiche Geschäfte um sein Geld loszuwerden ;-) und ein bisschen außerhalb von Formia hat es ein großes Einkaufscenter mit dem Namen Panorama, dort hat es auch alles was das Herz begehrt.

    Wir waren dreimal in der Umgebung auswärts essen und waren leider dreimal enttäuscht worden. Begeistert waren wir von Neapel, trotz allen Warnungen auch von Einheimischen, hat sich Neapel von einer sehr freundlichen und sauberen Seite gezeigt. Kein Abfall, keine Diebe und nur hilfsbereite freundliche Menschen. Auch die Metro Stationen, die wir gesehen haben, waren tadellos.

    Was man von den Strandvermieter nicht immer sagen konnte. Ebenfalls liegt auch viel Müll am Straßenrand und auf den Wegen zum Strand.

    Hingegen ist das Meer 1A. Klares sauberes Wasser wo das Auge reicht.”
