When you leave the airport, take the Arrecife/Ciudad exit. This will get you onto the two lane motorway which goes towards Arrecife.
After approx. three kilometres, there is a petrol station on your right and a left hand exit signposted ‘Circunvalacion’. Take this left ...
show more hand exit and you will be on the ring road that runs round the outskirts of Arrecife. At the moment, there are major road works being done to this road.
After 1 kilometre or so on the circunvalacion you see two large signposts, with raised exits for Arrecife and an underpass for Costa Teguise and Orzola. Take the blue signposted underpass for Costa Teguise/Orzola. Then you will be on a new stretch of road for another 1km or so until the road has a right hand exit. This exit is signposted for Orzola and Arrecife, while the main road continues to Costa Teguise. Take the Arrecife/Orzola exit, which reaches a small roundabout after about 1 km.
With the small roundabout ahead of you and a right hand exit to Arrecife, go round the roundabout to the Tahiche and Orzola exit which goes under the underpass. On the other side of the underpass is another small roundabout, which you need to go round for the Tahiche exit. You will then be on a dual carriageway. This dual carriageway takes you through Tahiche, where there are now four roundabouts, one of which has Manrique’s famous silver wind toy ‘Fobos’ in the middle.
You need to take the first, right hand exit at the fourth roundabout, which takes you past the German bakery in the direction of Orzola. Stay on the LZ1 for another 5-6 kilometres until you see a right hand exit for Guatiza signposted. As you approach the little roundabout take the second exit (ie, not the petrol station) and proceed to the village of Guatiza, approximately 1 kilometre further on.
Once you are in Guatiza, take the second left hand turning – Calle Tarajal – and follow the road around two curves until you reach number 30. Please ring the bell by the large wooden gates and we will come and give you the keys and show you into the apartment.
