    “Er is een Billa supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Er is een goed restaurant 'Karl-Wirt' met prachtig terras op 5 minuten lopen en een goed Grieks restaurant met terras op 15 minuten lopen.

    Het huis ligt in de wijk Liesing, in het zuid-oosten van Wenen en biedt goede mogelijkheid met de auto plaatsjes als Mödling, Hinterbrühl en Laxenburg te bezoeken.”
