    “Der Ort ist sehr ruhig mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf; es gibt ein Café; super, für alle, die Ruhe genießen möchten; von Babino Polje starten einige Wanderwege und man kann direkt auf kurzer Wanderung zur wunderschönen Odysseusgrotte; es empfiehlt sich, mobil zu sein, um sowohl zum Strand nach Saplunara als auch zum Nationalpark fahren zu können; es gibt einen Bus, zu dem uns aber keine Informationen vorliegen”

    “Verschlafenes Örtchen, es gibt jedoch kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Frischer Fisch kann im Hafen (Anlegestelle Fähre) besorgt werden - einfach in einem Café nachfragen. Die grünste Insel Kroatiens bietet Erholungsmöglichkeiten für Ruhesuchende - insbesondere das Naturschutzgebiet im Westen der Insel lädt dazu ein. Nix für Partylöwen etc. Mit dem Katamaran ein Ausflug nach Dubrovnik ist lohnenswert. Wir, Paar aus München, kommen wieder! :)”
