Beautiful finca in an absolutely quiet location and surrounded by a lovely and natural landscape. Just outside the kitchen you can enjoy your meals on the open terrace with fantastic views. On the other side you reach the sheltered terrace overlooking the pool. The ground level mounted surface pool has a normal filtration system. The adjacent land areas are cultivated with many different fruit trees. This newly built country house has been well insulated and therefore offers a comfortable living climate. Environmentally friendly solar power is included, generator power is exclusive ? only if necessary and according to consumption.
Pure relaxation ? listen to the various songbirds, crickets and bells of the sheep ? here you live like in another world. And yet you can reach the beautiful and popular beaches of Colonia Sant Pere, Canyamel and Cala Radjada in only 20 minutes by car; as well as the natural beaches of Cala Torta and Cala Mitjana. One of the several golf courses in the region, the golf course of Cap de Pere is less than 10 kilometers away. Groups (except families and couples) on request and with special deposit.
