Exit to the terrace, south facing position and west facing position. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 baths/WC. No heating option. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Fenals 1 km from Lloret de mar centro: Cosy, comfortable house "Platja". 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach. Public car park, public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop 5 m, sandy beach "Fenals" 10 m. Golf course 4 km. Nearby attractions: Waterworld 3 km, Marineland 9 km, Pueblo de tossa de mar 18 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

    “Nice and big terrase with great sea view.
    Kitchen and bath rooms very nice.
    Would as default expect aircondition in such high price house.
    One sleeping room with double bed ok.
    Two other rooms had no ventilation, humidity were very high, and not possible to vent the rooms with fresh air from outside.
    Quality of the last room, with four stabel beds, was VERY bad. No space, no ventilation, we did not use it. We would simply have left the house if we had the need for the beds in this room.” “Nice and big terrase with great sea view.
