Treat yourself to a great holiday in a Frisian house by the Timmeler Meer in Timmel, a tranquil locality in the Großefehn municipality, at the heart of East Frisia. The detached house is on a quiet cul-de-sac on a little holiday house estate right by a branch canal of the Timmeler Meer.
The kitchen-living room has a comfortable seating area, a 42 “satellite TV and a dining area with kitchen furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. Also located on the ground floor a bedroom with a 2m wide bed and a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one of the beds is 1.40 m and the other 1.80 m wide. So there is enough space for up to five people. The in-house Finnish sauna provides a special kind of relaxation.
The generous garden with a partially roofed terrace, a cabin and a boat jetty is equipped with various garden furniture, a grill, parasols and loungers. Part of the garden can be separated off with a fence. You can explore the Timmeler Meer by kayak or motorboat, which can be booked locally. Two bicycles are available for use.
A washing machine, a dryer and a child’s travel bed, a changing table, a handcart and a highchair are available.
The nearest cafés and restaurants are about 600 metres away. There are shops about 850 metres away.
