A little hallway with a big built-in cupboard provides access to a modern and elegant bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as to the living and sleeping room, which has a sleeping niche with a quality sofa bed (160 x 200cm) and a light lounge area with armchairs, a dresser, TV, radio and dining table, providing direct access to the balcony and to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric hob (3 rings), fridge, coffee machine, kettle and crockery. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartment has central heating, with radiators in all the rooms.

There is also a tram from Scheidplatz, taking you e.g. in 20 minutes to the Nymphenburg district with the castle and botanical gardens.
