The holiday apartment is in Prigradica in quiet surroundings, just 300 metres from the centre, 20 metres from its own section of beach and 400 metres from the public beach. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house.
The spacious and comfortable holiday apartment measures 90m², is on the second floor of the house and has two bedrooms each with a double bed 8180 x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a dining space and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully-equipped. The living room provides access out onto the balcony. There is air conditioning in the living room, positioned so that it can cool the whole apartment.
From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the island of Hvar, and the sunsets will also delight you. The roofed balcony has garden furniture and behind the house there are a barbecue and a private guest parking space for your car. The apartment is 20 metres from the sea. The house has its own section of concrete beach with a ladder into the sea.
There are shops and restaurants in the centre of Prigradica. There are volleyball and water polo events in the summer. The locality is quite quiet, therefore ideal for relaxing. Vela Luka and Blato, four and seven kilometres away, provide entertainment, plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Dalmatian cuisine. They also have larger supermarkets and a boat harbour.
