This studio apartment is placed on the low ground floor of a family house, and has a separate entrance. It is on a quiet street in the western part of Makarskac city, not far from the beach. Across the street is a mini market for a daily supply, and near by are few restaurants. By foot to the beach is 2 minutes and to the city center is 10 minutes walking.
The 32m² studio was renovated in 2018 and can accommodate three people, 2 adults' and kid. It has in one space living and sleeping room with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 190cm). The kitchen is small, but fully-equipped with a stove, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a counter with stools. The modern bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and toilet, hair drier and towels are on disposal. Fast free Internet access is available. Studio has TV-SAT, and it is airconditioned.
The apartment has a pretty terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. There is a parking space in front of the house.
The beach is just 90 meters away. It is only 20 meters to the nearest grocery shop and restaurant.
