This luxurious apartment is on the second floor of a five-storey classical apartment building originating from 1890. It enjoys a top central yet very quiet location on a small side street right in the theatre district in Pest, which earned its nickname “Budapest’s broadway” for good reason. The apartment has been recently renovated in 2014, adding all mod cons and modern high quality furnishings that leave absolutely nothing to be desired, while respecting Budapest’s traditional bohemian style and classical elegance.
The 76 m² apartment features a generous living-/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an ideal place for two couples holidaying together or for a family. The living area is furnished with a stylish, new black leather sofa, cable TV with USB port, a DVD player and there even is a tablet PC. The open plan kitchen is complete with dishwasher, four zone ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a dining table with six chairs. Both bedrooms are furnished with 160cm x 200cm double beds. One of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower cabin, wash basin, toilet and washing machine. In the living room next to the leather couch you will find an additional sofa that can be converted into a bed, creating 140cm x 200cm of sleeping space for two persons (two children or one adult). The second, separate bathroom has a large walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.

The Opera House and LIszt Ferenc ter, Budapest’s main square boasting many of the city’s best cafes and restaurants, are literally on your doorstep, only about a two minute walk away from your apartment.
