Beautiful complex with 10 holiday apartments and pool in one of the most suggestive areas of Umbria with magnificent view over Assisi and its well-known Church of San Francesco. The property is completely fenced-in and offers clients total privacy. The apartments have been recently and restored and equipped with all comforts; tasteful furnishings with particular attention to details. Single heating (with thermo convectors).  Arrivals must take place between 4pm – 7.30pm!


Distances: Tordandrea with food shop 500m, Assisi 10km, Perugia 20km, Lago Trasimeno 40km, Todi 42km, Siena 126km, Vagliagli with ABV 136km, Florence 140km, Lucca 190km, Rome 192km, Pisa 268km.


At guests’ disposal: shared swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 1,10m-1,45m, open 15/04-15/10, time 08.30-19.30) with whirlpool, solarium, large equipped garden, children playground, mosquito’s nets, telephone, hair dryer in each bathroom.


On request and to be paid on the spot: breakfast, mid-week cleaning €40/cleaning, extra linen change €20/apartment, bikes rental. It’s possible to have a half board or full board service in a near-by restaurant.


Ground floor, access through a patio equipped for outdoors meals: kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher) with dining area, TV and double sofa-bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower (window).

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
