Tasteful holiday apartment with a cosy balcony
This holiday accommodation is 300 metres from the beach. It lies right on the periphery of the locality on a one-way side street.
The approximately 50m² apartment is part of a newly built villa with just twelve residential units. The apartment is on the first floor and is easily accessible with the lift directly from the underground garage. There is a living room with a kitchen unit, equipped with an oven, gas stove, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. There is also a dining table with seating. In the adjoining living area there is a sofa bed for a third person (width approx. 1,40m). There is a satellite TV with German programmes. The double bed in the bedroom is about 1,80m wide. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. A washing machine is available in the entrance area of the apartment.
The balcony can be accessed both from the bedroom and from the living room, as it stretches across the whole of the front of the apartment. Balcony furniture for relaxing outdoors is provided.
The apartment has a lockable underground garage parking space.
All essential shops are in the immediate vicinity. Within a radius of around 100 metres you will find a supermarket, a bakery and bars. There is a bus connection about 200 metres away.
The nearest sandy beach in Sanremo is about 6km away and you can also get to it quickly via the new cycle path that starts directly in Ospedaletti. Bicycles can be hired by the cycle path. This cycle path runs from Ospedaletti to San Lorenzo about 28km away right along the sea.
As a special event, a Formula 1 visit is to be recommended. Monaco is within easy access by train. If you are seeking something more romantic, you should visit the many small mountain villages where time has stood still. Sporty holiday-makers can enjoy mountain hikes. Ospedaletti is right on the edge of the Alps and the region offers a wide range of mountain hiking or mountain biking tour options.
