    “Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, in einem auffallend schönen Haus, nahe am Kiesstrand gelegen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war die Hausverwaltung stets schnell und hilfreich zur Stelle. Besonders hervorzuheben bei dieser Wohnung sind der große Balkon, mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer, Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Etwas klein ist das Badezimmer, besonders wenn man mit mehreren Personen hier Urlaub machen will. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Ein wenig problematisch war es mit den Parkplätzen rund um das Haus, da zu dem Zeitpunkt alle Wohnungen belegt und zum Teil sogar mit zwei Familien (zwei Autos) in der mittleren Wohnung, so dass man auf Ausweichplätze ausweichen musste. Hierbei waren die Einheimischen aber stets behilflich, so dass man immer einen Parkplatz gefunden hat. Das gesamte Haus, mit seinen Außenanlagen ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und wir würden sofort wieder hier Urlaub machen.”

    “Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und liegt nah am Novigradmeer. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit Meerblick, von wo aus man am Abend die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es als positiv empfunden, dass alle Fenster und Balkontüren mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet waren und die Wohnung durch eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage stets gut gekühlt werden konnte. Bei Problemen stand uns die Verwalterin des Objektes stets helfend zur Seite und man konnte sich gut auf Englisch mit ihr verständigen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spärlich, aber ausreichend um kleine Gerichte zuzubereiten. Etwas schwierig ist es mit den Parkplätzen rund um das Gebäude, wobei einem die Einheimischen aber gerne behilflich sind und Rat geben, wo man sein Auto abstellen kann. Außerdem ist das Bad für die Größe und Kapazität der Wohnung vielleicht ein bisschen klein, aber zum Urlaub machen genügt es schon. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Objekt Urlaub machen.”
