Apartment in Kappeln with Private Parking

The holiday apartment is in Kappeln in the Mehlby area in a house with three apartments. The apartment enjoys a quiet but central location

It has two big bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm), very good foam mattresses and plenty of storage space. One bedroom has a TV. The very cosy living room provides an additional sofa bed, an armchair and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. Next to it there is the dining space, inviting you to enjoy meals, sit together and play games. The kitchen is amply equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. The shower room is functionally equipped and includes a cupboard with a mirror and a hairdryer.

The apartment features a big balcony (3.5 x 2.5m) with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill, as well as a fenced playing lawn.

Bed linen and towels are included. There is a car parking space. Pets are allowed.

It is about 10 minutes on foot to the pedestrian zone in Kappeln, with many little shops, local restaurants and a lovely old town inviting you to stroll around. You can go on boat trips on the Schlei and the Baltic Sea from the idyllic harbour. Kappeln with its beautiful surroundings is known from the ZDF television series “Der Landarzt”.

    “Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und im Ikea-Stil mit Küche,Esszimmer,Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Fernseher…wenn sie dann funktioniert hätten… ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch eine schlecht gereinigte Wohnung. Der Besitzer/Verwalter müsste das besser kontrollieren zumal sich auch an den Wohnzimmerfenstern Schimmel bildete. Wir haben ihn davon in Kenntnis gesetzt damit sofort gehandelt werden kann.”

    “Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
    Fußweg zum Hafen nur ca. 10Minuten
    Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof der Ferienwohnung Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche.
    Stellplätze für Fahrräder im Flur problemlos möglich! Negativ: Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße.”

    “Wunderbarer Urlaub mit Gruppe. Positiv: Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist selbst mit 5 erwachsenen Personen so, daß man sich nicht auf die Nerven geht. Die Ausstattung ist auch geeignet richtig gut zu kochen auch wenn man nicht ständig einkaufen geht. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Betten, Decken Handtücher sehr gut . Freundllicher , unkomplizierter Vermieter. Negativ: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es morgens etwas laut. Restaurant: Lindenhof in Böel - Sehr gutes, gehobenes Essen, Nicht überkandidelt,sehr netter,aufmerksamer Service Ausflüge: Landesmuseum Schloß Gottorf - Kunst und Geschichte, viiiiiel Zeit einplanen”

    “Dennoch stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Positiv: Ausstattung in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was ein Haushalt so braucht. Negativ: So ruhig ist die Lage leider nicht wie beschrieben, da an der Flensburger Str. die Schlafzimmerseite ist, dort recht viele Autos lang fahren und die 50 km/h nicht einhalten.
    Fußboden im Wohnzimmer knarrt, da älters Haus. Für Haustiere (Hund) nicht ganz perfekt, da keine Gartennutzung.”
