This stone house in a peaceful little hamlet is a former barn that has been carefully renovated by the owners. The house is adjacent to a dairy farm that is no longer in operation, as well as the Saint-Pierre Church. The location of the house is very quiet.
The house for 14 people, of which at least 4 children, has a generous living room with a large flatscreen TV and a bar. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), which can be electronically adjusted and is therefore suitable for guests with restricted mobility, along with the private bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with two single beds (80 x 200cm) each with a private bathroom with a washbasin, shower and WC. It also has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200cm) and a sofa bed for two people. Both bedrooms have a spacious bathroom with a double washbasin, a bath and a WC, as well as a hairdryer. Each bedroom also has a TV with a DVD player.
A large terrace with flowers, wooden garden furniture and a grill awaits you for sociable meals with friends or family. The terrace is fully fenced and has a gate for accessing your cars. Two to three cars can be parked behind each other along the right gable.
Free wireless Internet access is available. A Wii games console, a darts board and some board games are also available. An infrared sauna and a home trainer can be used free of charge. The beds are already made on arrival and towels are also provided. The owner can also provide a cot and a highchair on request. A second holiday house is currently being created in the second half of the house.
You are near Hamoir, Aywaille, Ferrieres and Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe. You can find shops and restaurants there. The Hamoir train station is about a 15-minute walk away. It is therefore recommended to have a car. Many activities such as kayaking, riding, golf or hiking are possible nearby.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
