Modern holiday apartment at the heart of Turin

This holiday apartment is in a very quiet residential area in the centre of Turin.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic (five-storey) building and has a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. It also has a TV and a stereo system. The apartment is air conditioned. It can accommodate two adults and a child (a folding bed is provided for the child). The holiday apartment was refurbished in 2013 and furnished with very high-quality furniture.

The apartment is about 100 metres from the underground stop Nizza and is near the Porta Nuovo train station. There are shops in the vicinity.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. In zentraler und verhältnismäßig ruhigen Lage. Den Bahnhof Porta Nuova erreicht man in 7-10 Minuten Fußmarsch, den Supermarkt der Kette "Carrefour" (sehr gut) in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Fluss Po ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenfalls kommt man mit Bus und Bahn gut weg - in der Parallelstraße via Madama Cristina sind die Straßenbahnhaltestellen zu finden. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber gehalten, mit modernen Installationen, alles schön renoviert. Ein paar Haushaltsutensilien, wie z.B. Küchenmesser oder Schneidebretter, haben wir zwar vermisst, aber es ist nicht der Rede wert. Auch der Preis stimmt. Die Vermieterin/Haushälterin ist sehr nett, spricht gut Englisch und hat alles sofort erklärt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank und kleines Obstkörbchen auf dem Tisch tragen auch dazu bei, dass man sich gut empfangen und aufgehoben fühlt. Wir sagen grazie mille, ci vediamo! Immer wieder gern.”

    “Appartement magnifique! Très moderne, très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et se reposer après une journée de visite. Il est situé à 100 mètres d'un arrêt de tram (le 16) qui emmène en plein centre. Les seuls bémols pourraient être le fait que l'appartement semble un peu humide et nous avions un peu froid. Il manquait un mode d'emploi pour la clim pour que l'on réchauffe un peu l'air. Il ne faut surtout pas toucher au bouton d'eau chaude pour ne pas risquer de prendre une douche froide et ne pas faire durer la douche trop longtemps car le ballon d'eau chaude est tout petit. Nous sommes très satisfaits et nous le recommandons à tout le monde!”

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, das Apartment auch absolut sauber. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass im Kühlschrank Getränke für uns waren und Obst bereitgestellt wurde. Einziger Wermutstropfen für uns war die Lage im Erdgeschoss, weshalb wir wegen Einsicht nachts die Läden ziemlich geschlossen gehalten haben. Wir bevorzugen beim Aufwachen Tageslicht und Frischluft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
    Die Lage ist hervorragend: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte, direkt im Umfeld Haltestellen von Straßenbahn, Bus und Metro. Auch einen Supermarkt und Bäckereien gibt es in allernächster Nähe. Schräg gegenüber eine Bar, in der es auch etwas zum Essen gibt.”
