Holiday house with a big terrace and a balcony, near the beach

The accommodation is in the picturesque little coastal village of Podstrana, just a few steps from the sea. Owing to the mild Mediterranean climate, the house is an ideal holiday residence.

The holiday house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, as well as wardrobes. The two double bedrooms also have a TV. The living and dining room provides a sofa bed for two people, a fireplace, two armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. One bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet; the second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Wireless Internet access is available.

The garden provides a 70m² terrace with natural shade, with a dining table, six chairs and a grill. There is also another dining table with chairs on the balcony. Parking spaces are available.

Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit. In each room, guests can regulate cooling or heating themselves. Six hours of cooling per day is included in the rental price. If guests want additional cooling, this will be charged at three Euros per hour.

In accordance with the Croatian Law, all guests wishing to rent a house are obliged to show their personal documents to the owner.

At the time of the pandemic, we want to emphasize that the house is safe to stay in. After the guests leave, the house is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned. During their stay in the house guests are absolutely safe: they have no contact with neighbors, there is no crowd on the beach, there were no and there are no infected persons in Podstrana.

It is only 60 metres to the sea with a pebbled and sandy beach. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Explore the beauty of Dalmatia with a visit to the towns of Split, Omis, Trogir, Makarska or the island of Brac.

    “Ubytování hodnotíme velmi pozitivně. Dům cca 60m od pláže s pozvolným vstupem do vody, jestě cca 15 metrů od břehu hloubka nepřesahovala 2 m. Příjemným bonusem byl písek ve vodě, kde jsme nemuseli nosit boty. Jinak dům splnoval vše co inzerát sliboval. 3 ložnice, každý s vlastní klimatizací, byly dostatečně prostorné pro klidný oddech. Pouze ložnice / dětský pokoj / do ulice je trochu hlučná a to nonstop. Ta silnice je hlavní výpadovka ze Splitu na jih a podle toho to vypadá. Vybavení kuchyně bylo pro nás v pořádku, Sporák s troubou, mikrovlnka, rychlovarná konvice, myčka nádobí, lednice, myslím že nic nechybělo, jen kuchyně ve výšce cca 110cm nás trochu zaskočila. Pračka + žehlička byla v pořádku. Ačkoli jsme jeli na 14 dní v 6 lidech, velkou společenskou místnost jsme vůbec nevyužili, stejně jako balkony u pokojů. Používali jsme pouze terasu s velkým stínícím stromem. Parkování před domem pouze pro jedno auto. Nám to nevadilo, protože mi jedním přijeli. Malá prodejna smíšeným zbožím cca 100m od domu.”

    “Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich sofort, falls etwas sein sollte. Die Ausstattung ist hervorrragend, es fehlt nichts. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit einer kleinen Mauer und einem Zaun eingefasst; alles unter einem Baum, der perfekt als Sonnenschutz dient - ideal für kleine Kinder. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 50 Meter. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt zur Strasse raus und ist nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern und/oder mit Ohropax zu nutzen. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eines davon neu renoviert, das andere noch in älterer Ausstattung (soll auch renoviert werden). Alles ist sehr sauber.”

    “Bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Teller, Besteck, Tassen, Gläser in mehrfacher Anzahl vorhanden. Handtücher, Badetücher, Bettwäsche mehrfach vorhanden. Durch die vorhandene Waschmaschine verringert sich die Notwendigkeit genügend Kleidung mit zu nehmen drastisch! Küchenausstattung für ein Ferienhaus überkomplett. Gasbrenner zum entzünden des Grillfeuers? vorhanden! Küchenrolle, Alufolie, Gewürze ..... alles da! Tischtücher, Sitzkissen .... Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen in den 3 Schlafzimmern und eine wundervolle Terrasse unter einem Maulbeerbaum. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe - feiner Kies und Sand. Badeschuhe also nicht unbedingt nötig. Hunde sind im vollständig umzäunten Garten gut aufgehoben. Strandbesuch mit Hunden aber nur am frühen Morgen, oder späten Abend zu empfehlen. So entgeht man unnötigen Diskussionen mit Nicht-Hunde-Besitzern!”
