    “Alles was top. Volledige keuken. Heerlijke bedden, mooie slaapkamers. Ruime woonruimte. Fijne sauna in een aparte ruimte in de kelder. Hartelijke gastvrouw. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Bus naar skigebieden gaat helaas maar een paar keer per dag. Met de auto is alles goed bereikbaar. Goede wandelgelegenheid op berghellingen noordkant Zirl. Groot winkelcentrum op paar kilometer afstand bij Voils. Vliegveld Innsbruck dichtbij. Regelmatige busverbinding naar Innsbruck. Treinstation is wat verder weg. Geen apresski in Zirl.”
