This beautifully renovated cottage, originally a barn, has a large garden with lawn and well-kept flower beds. You share the swimming pool, which is covered for your safety and can be heated on request, with the owners who live next door. The pool is not visible from the owners' house. The village of Domfront, 2 km away, offers a restaurant and other stores, and 4 km away, in Conlie, there are more stores and a tennis court. Sillé-le-Guillaume (15 km) attracts with a child-friendly swimming lake, and the beautiful forests in the area invite you to many beautiful walks. An hour and a half by car separates you from the impressive castles along the loire, and Mont-Saint-Michel is two hours away by car. Le Mans and its famous race track 20 km.
