This 11th-century Provençal farmhouse sits on 56 acres of land. The property offers an overhanging pool and a south-facing terrace, each open to the spectacular mountain landscape. The pool is occasionally shared with the owners (who do not live on site), and the garden is reserved for you.
The house has been beautifully restored, combining antique furniture with modern comforts. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished in marble, and the floors are terracotta. Two of the bedrooms have king size double beds and a third has two single beds.
Next to the pool you can use the pétanque court for exciting rounds of games.
In the surroundings of this beautiful property you will find landscapes ideal for hiking and mountain biking. It is the ideal place for a vacation of luxury, nature and culture. The famous coastal town of Collioure is 50 km away and you can reach the Mediterranean beaches after an hour's drive. 10 minutes up the mountain you will find the picturesque village of Saint Marsal with an excellent small bakery and supermarket.
The accommodation can be rented all year round as all rooms are equipped with central heating. A change of bed linen and extra cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge.
