6 km from the lively seaside resort of Pornic, the old village of Les Moutiers-en-Retz overlooks the bay of Bourgneuf. The village offers services and stores and is characterized by large 19th century villas. This semi-detached house has a sunny terrace and a spacious and enclosed garden with large shady pine trees. From its quiet location in a dead-end street, it is only 80 meters to the beach, where you can collect shells.
