This charming vacation home with swimming pool is about 15 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Istria, located in the popular tourist town of Rabac. The house is simply and practically furnished and has a beautiful garden surrounded by greenery. Take the opportunity to walk to the historic old town of Labin, known as the city of artists and galleries, which is about ten minutes walk away. During the summer months, the old town also hosts varied events.     “Wir waren im August 2015 dort, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder.

    Schönes, gut ausgetattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Garten ist zwar nicht so riesig wie angegeben, der größte Teil ist Buschwald und damit nicht nutzbar. Der angelegte Teil ist dafür hübsch angelegt und gut gepflegt. Die große Eiche bietet den ganzen Tag über Schatten. Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder ist genug da.

    Nach Labin kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Zu den Stränden braucht man aber das Auto, wobei es viele Ecken gibt, die nicht so überlaufen sind wie in Rabac, einfach die Vermieterin fragen. Und wer mal nicht fahren will, springt einfach in den Pool. Bei kleinen Kindern hat dieser den Vorteil, dann diese nicht reinfallen könne, wie bei den bodenebeben Becken.

    Nur ein kleiner optischer Nachteil: Direkt nebenan steht ein nicht fertiggestellter Rohbau.”
