Willa połozona jest w Karpaczu, na Osiedlu Skalnym. Jest to willowa , spokojna częśc Karpacza. Z tyłu za obiektem roziąga się las z górskim strumieniem, idealnym do letniej ochłody, mozna sie w nim kąpac. Dojazd do budynku dogodny. ( bez problemu zimą ).Jest to obiekt samodzielnie stojący, przed budynkiem jest zamykany parking. W pobliżu znajduje się sklep ogólnospożywczy, w centrum Karpacza większe markety. Do centrum jest około 20 min piechotą. ( wygodna droga spacerowa ). Wyciag na Kopę ca 3 km., stok narciarski dla poczatkujacych ca 500 m, wejscie na szlaki górskie ca 500m . Wynajmowna powierzchnia obejmuje 4 pokoje, z czego 2 są z łazienkami w pokojach, a dwa bez, na zewnątrz na korytarzu znajdują się dodatkowo 2 łazienki ( w łazienkach prysznice ). Wszystkie pokoje są z balkonami. Pokoje znajdują się na 2 pietrze, piętro niżej znajduje się duzy hol, kuchnia, bardzo duży salon, będący tez jadalnią. W salonie Tv Sat, radiomagnetofon. Z salonu jest wejście na olbrzymi taras z zewnętrznym kominkiem., na drzewo ( dodatkowo płatne ). Można gratis korzystac z przenośnego grilla . Kuchnia jest samodzielna, w pełni wyposażona. Przy budynku parking. Budynek jest ogrzewany gazem. Ponieważ dom składa się z dwóch części ,istnieje możliwosc noclegu 22 osób. Aktualnie prezentujemy i proponujemy wynajem tylko jednej części willi. Na Osiedlu Skanym, w odległości ca 1 km od willi znajduje się aquapark przy Hotelu Sadra. 1 km od willi znajduje sie też Miasteczko Westernowe. Polecamy jazdę konną w Karkonoszach, ponieważ sami jezdzimi konno, służymy radą i pomocą entuzjastom tego sportu. Zimą odsnieżamy teren przy domu.
