    “Lage: nicht empfehlenswert, nebenan und direkt gegenüber Firmen in denen Boote repariert, restauriert und gereinigt werden. Sehr laut. Vor dem Haus stehen ständig Lieferwagen von einer Baufirma direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Das Haus von innen ist genau so wie auf den dargestellten Fotos zu sehen ist.
