Chalet in Hopfgarten/Brixental in ski area

This detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Hopfgarten im Brixental in Tyrol, in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, has a fantastic location and offers breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps. It is located in the middle of nature, the toboggan run is in front of the chalet and in summer the hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The chalet has 2 spacious living rooms (one with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (one with an additional single bed and one with a stackable bed) and 2 modern bathrooms. You can park directly at the chalet. The chalet also offers a beautiful garden with a terrace and is heated by 2 wood stoves (there is enough wood next to the chalet).

Hopfgarten in the Brixental with the impressive panoramic Hohe Salve mountain is one of the sunniest communities in the Kitzbühel Alps and offers a number of hiking and cycling trails as well as excursion destinations in the varied Tyrolean mountains. The Hohe Salve panoramic mountain is connected to the Wilder Kaiser mountaineering and winter sports paradise.

In Hopfgarten im Brixental there is the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area with 90 lifts, over 70 huts, several fun parks, ski movie routes and, together with the adjacent KitzSki ski area, offers a total of over 500 kilometers of slopes.

Especially in winter, pay attention that the last 6 kilometers to the chalet are on a steep mountain road and the last 400 meters on an easy dirt road. Snow chains are required there.

    “Dům vybaven dobře.
    Poloha skvělá, krásný výhled.
    Dům byl čistý, uklizený.
    Skvělé startovací místo pro vycházky či náročnější túry.
    Perfektní poměr ceny a kvality ubytování.
    Byli jsme tři páry a malé dítě a bylo to ideální ubytování.
    Možná jen před domem by mohl být malý plot, který by chránil hodně malé děti před pádem dolů. U malých dětí musí být přítomnost dospělého v okruhu do 1 metru. Ale i tak jsme to zvládli a můžeme jen doporučit.
    Perfektní místo na aktivní i pasivní dovolenou.”

    “Das sehr saubere und gut sowie gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist wunderbar gelegen, die Aussicht vom großzügig angelegten Balkon einzigartig. Die Anreise ist (auch für "Nicht-Flachlandtiroler") durchaus außergewöhnlich. Immerhin legt man auf einer schmalen (bis fast zum Haus) geteerten Forststraße auf ca. 5 km ca. 600 Höhenmeter zurück - und dies zum Teil bei freiem Blick ins Tal. Belohnt wird man jedoch mit einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus, das für Familien mit Kindern und Hund (der gern die zum Haus gehörende Tränke nutzte) einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub bietet. Einziges Minus: Man muss Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen. Dafür entfällt jedoch die Abrechnung von Wasser und Strom bei der Abreise.”
