    “Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
    Der Pool ist gut muß aber ständig gereinigt werden da auch hier die Technik veraltet scheint.
    Der Vermieter ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter Sarde der sofort zur Stelle ist wen was nicht funktioniert. Kommunikation schwierig nur über Google translate möglich.
    Der Garten ist sehr groß die Rasenflächen jedoch so stark bewässert das man ihn nur schwer nutzen kann.
    Der Sauberkeitszustand entspricht nicht den deutschen Vorstellungen.
    Hier ist aber wiederum anzumerken das dies an den verkalkten Armaturen und Becken liegt,
    die Aufgrund ständig nachlaufendem Wasser verkalkt und somit verfärbt wirken.
    Sollte man erneuen.
    Weiterhin ist zu sagen das man ein Haus welches man für viel Geld vermietet anständig möblieren sollte.Hier hat es den Anschein als seien alle aufzutreibenden Restmöbel der Familie zum Einsatz gekommen.

Lage sehr gut - ruhig, aber dennoch zentral - ca. 1,5 km zum Strand, 2 kom zum nächsten Ort (Sorso), ca. 15 km zur größeren Stadt (Sassari) - interessante Orte (Casterlsardo, Alghero, Bosa etc.) in Anbend- Halbtages- oder Tagsausflugsentfernung zu erreichen.
    Funktionalität nicht immer 100%, WiFi gegen Aufpreis erhältlich, aber nicht super schnell.
