This traditional Istrian house with pool offers beautiful views of the mountains of Učka, the highest mountain in Istria, and the nearby fields and hills. It is very comfortably furnished and consists of two parts, connected via internal stairs. This property has two terraces - one open and one covered. A half-an-hour drive takes you to the nearest swimming area or to the mountain of Ucka, which offers a breath-taking view of the whole Kvarner Bay. Do visit the taverns of the area and taste the delicious local dishes and wines. You will be delighted by the hospitality shown by them and the diversity that the country has to offer.

    “Maison dans un hameau isolé mais à proximité d'une route permettant d'accéder rapidement aux commerces (15-20 mn), plages (30 mn) et autoroutes (15 mn).
    Cadre aux alentours de la maison très agréable et reposant.
    Equipement satisfaisant, bonne literie.
    La propriétaire est accueillante et et facilement joignable.”

    “Also die Lage des Hauses ist zwar mitten im "Wald", aber trotzdem hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. Es ist ein super Haus für Familien ebenso für Jugendliche mit Kumpels, da in der Umgebung nicht wirklich viele Nachbarn sind, können die Kids laut spielen, ebenso bis in die Nacht rein feiern. Die nächsten größeren Städte sind zwar eine Stunde oder noch länger entfernt, trotzdem ist in 20 Minuten ein Lidl oder ein großes Einkaufzentrum in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber!!

    Die Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Klamotten und dergleichen halten sich in Grenzen. Dieses Haus ist mehr für einen Urlaub am Pool und chillen, nicht für viel Unternehmungen geeignet, da man für diese mindestens eine halbe Stunde, wenn nicht noch mehr an Anfahrtszeit rechnen muss.”
