Las Rosas, Tenerife, (Teide National Park), Spain
Finca La Majadera with pool and stunning view
Cosy country house built in 1890, ideal for a quiet holiday in companionship.
It is located in a rural, protected and quiet area, isolated from the city, surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, close to places of interest such as the Bosque del Adelantado, the recreational area of Las Raíces or the village of Machado with the house of the pirate Amaro Pardo.
Finca La Majadera is located in Las Rosas, close to La Esperanza, where the Town Hall of our municipality El Rosario is located. Our area is also the last town you come across before heading to the Teide National Park from La Laguna on the TF24.
A town steeped in history, a reflection of the most rural Tenerife.
Our Villa I is an old annexe of the main house from the 19th century where the barn was located, and the harvest was accumulated throughout the year.
Nowadays it is a very cosy house of about 45 m² where you will find many details:
- Living room with fireplace and TV with Google Chrome system.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge and microwave, among other things.
- Bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and some gift items.
- Room with views of the swimming pool and our neighbouring Gran Canaria, where you can rest on our single beds.
- Equipped terrace from where you can access the swimming pool and private barbecue.
The house has been designed for rest and peace, which is why it is private and exclusive to whoever stays in it.
Walking through the door, you will first see the garden with our pear trees; if you come in August or September, you can eat the pears straight from the tree.
As you walk through the garden, you can see the heated swimming pool with a salt chlorinator system, which makes it skin and environmentally friendly.
In front of the pool is the BBQ with all the necessary equipment; next to it are sunbeds for sunbathing, and on the other side is a table with chairs to enjoy lunch in a cosy and quiet place.
Our neighbouring island of Gran Canaria occasionally comes out to greet us, and at night, as there is little light pollution, you can see an almost perfect sky.
The garage at Finca La Majadera is for our clients and the staff working on our farm. It is the only common area.
To get to our Villa I you have to go through the village which, being a rural area, has some peculiarities, which make the place so quiet.
So from our Villas, you can visit a municipality full of places of interest, paths and areas for walking, cycling or simply walking; from Finca La Majadera, we recommend some:

It should be noted that this path is kept alive thanks to the enthusiasm of the pilgrims who travel it every year until they reach Villa de Candelaria.
