This unique and very nicely furnished holiday home with swimming pool is situated in a small idyllic Istrian village, positioned only ca. 20 minutes of drive away from the most beautiful beaches in Istria. Nearby, there is the historical town of Labin, well-known as the town of artists, so it is a perfect place for the art lovers. In Labin you will find plenty of small galleries and workshops with original ceramic items. This truly is a paradise for families with children due to exceptionally spacious surroundings with abundance of Mediterranean vegetation, grapevine and lavender. The house consists of two parts: a very spacious apartment stretching over two storeys and a smaller accommodation unit with separate entrance, which is positioned on the ground floor. As such, the house is perfect for two families or a group of friends who wish to spend their holiday together but still maintain their privacy. The interiors are decorated with lots of romantic details which give it its uniqueness, while the exteriors simply call you to relax.
