    “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus bedarf einer Generalsanierung. Bei Bedarf kann ich Ihnen Bilder zur Verfügung stellen. Es kümmert sich wohl niemand um das Objekt. Es kann nicht sein, dass Mieter die Fenster putzen etc.
    Tote Fledermaus im Flur, Sofa wurde so hinterlassen, als ob gerade jemand aufgestanden ist.
    Schlafräume nicht gesäubert, unterm Bett Puppe, dreckige Wäsche etc
    Terrasse vor dem Haus i.O. neue Stühle und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Küchenausstattung auch weitestgehend i.O.
