The house was newly built in 2010 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who would like to spend their holiday together. It has a new and modern interior, is comprehensively equipped and provides all the comfort you need for your holiday.

The ground floor houses a large kitchen, a living room and three bedrooms, of which on is suitable for wheelchair users. It has a fully electronic bed and a barrier-free bathroom. On the first floor there are six further bedrooms with a double bed. One bedroom also has an additional single bed. Every bedroom has a bathroom with shower and WC, one even has a corner bath for pure luxury. The entrance to the house is wheelchair accessible.

A 36m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower on the beautifully laid out and enclosed plot of land invites you to cool off. There is also a large cooling unit on the terrace, so you can cool drinks and food. There is also a stone grill in the garden, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere close to nature. Parking spaces for about eight cars are available on site.

The house is a good starting point for trips to the famous tourist destinations in Istria, such as Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
