This comfortable country house in an idyllic location, 7 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, offers the ideal setting for relaxing vacations. The vacation home consists of three apartments, tastefully furnished and rented together. In total there are 5 bedrooms in the house, one on the gallery under the sloping roof, with private bathroom. In addition, on the ground floor there is a large living room with TV-SAT, open fireplace and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, with exit to the garden.The large, well-kept garden area with outdoor kitchen (grill, barbecue and covered seating area), small grove, table tennis and the entire pool area are exclusively available to guests. On the property there are various sunny and shady sitting areas as well as several small loggias with stunning views of the Val di Chio. The location is ideal for relaxing in nice company, but also to reach some of the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany and Umbria: The cultural sights of the ancient cities of Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona or the medieval Montepulciano, also famous for the production of the 'Nobile' red wine, want to be explored by you. All of these towns - and many more - can be reached within an hour's drive. Also worth a visit are the Renaissance town of Pienza, where you should definitely try the local 'pecorino' sheep's cheese, and the beautiful Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches. In Castiglion Fiorentino there are stores of all kinds, good restaurants and bars for a cappuccino or aperitivo in the piazza.
