The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. This property is a historical and romantic accomodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, unpaved, length 20 m). Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 20 m). Parking fee (EUR 27.00 per week) or (EUR 40 for 10 days) or (EUR 54 for 14 days) 20 meters from the house.
