This well-equipped house has bright, sunlit rooms. The partly open terrace offers beautiful views of the Sejerø Bay. You can enjoy plenty of sunlight and fresh air on the terrace and prepare delicious barbecue dishes in the evening. You can also prepare the fish you caught yourself and admire the sunset. The house is situated in the beautiful town of Veddinge Bakker and is also quite close to Ordrup with small cafes and shops. It is located near the beautiful beach and an 18-hole golf course. It is also not far from many interesting destinations, such as the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland, galleries and Nykøbing Sjælland. Veddinge Bakker is a vast hilly area near the beach and the forest. Cliffs that extend up to the Sejerø Bay dominate the landscape. The area belongs to Oddsherred Buerne, an undulating moraine landscape from the last ice age. From the top of the Vejrhøj hill, which is 121 metres above sea level, you can see a total of 27 churches, including the Roskilde Cathedral. It is said that at the foot of the Vesterhøj mountains dwells a dragon which guards a giant pot of gold. Relics from the Stone Age have been recovered on Næbbet, which is Ordrup Næs' outermost peak. The coast of the Sejerø Bay is blessed with numerous sandy beaches, many of which are child friendly. You can spend a great holiday exploring the peninsula on bikes. In the nearby Ordrup you will find small, cosy cafes and many places to shop. The restaurant in Dragsholm Castle offers tasty dishes prepared from its own, organically produced ingredients. The amusement park Sommerland Sjælland, the charming Rørvig and the galleries of Nykøbing are also worth visiting. You can take a ferry from Havnsø to the islands of Sejerø and Nekselø. On the island of Sejerø you can admire the beautiful natural landscape, burial mounds and a church with beautiful frescoes. Nekselø offers a unique bird life and excellent fishing grounds. The vast area has forested hills and ranges with cliffs extending up to beaches of the Sejerøeran Bay.
