Apartment Koglbauer is located on a beautiful site upon on the mountain near the largest ski area in Austria (and near the famous Hexenwasser). The ski slopes are only 1 km away, in can even be reached on skis by experienced skiers. Your holiday residence is located on the second floor of this beautiful farmhouse. The residence was a new build in 2010 and is equipped with all the luxuries. You have at least five bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and plenty of living space. From the balcony you also have a breathtaking view of the surrounding area!

    “Wir können nur danke für eine tolle Urlaubswoche sagen. Natürlich spielt hierbei das passende Wetter auch immer eine Rolle, aber wir waren auch mit dem Appartement Koglbauer super zufrieden und überlegen erstmals überhaupt an gleicher Stelle wieder Urlaub zu machen.

    Die Wohnung war super sauber, als wir sie am Anreisetag übernommen haben und auch den Preis sowohl für die Miete als auch für den "Verpflegungsservice" haben wir als fair empfunden. Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung gibt es grundsätzlich auch nichts zu meckern. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass es in der Wohnung für 10 Personen nur einen TV und ein 3-Sitzer-Sofa gibt. Außerdem hat das Wlan hin und wieder Aussetzer, so dass ein Ausweichen auf Streaming-Dienst in den Abendstunden nicht möglich war. Auch die Lage muss man mögen, wer es ruhig haben will ist genau richtig und als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen (nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hexenwasser) war es ideal!”
