    “La abitazione è inserita in un resort, di cui faceva parte. La struttura è di recente costruzione e posizionata in zona vicina al centro storico di Montegridolfo. A pochi minuti di auto sono disponibili dei punti vendita per acquisti alimentari (minimarket) a cui occorre prestare attenzione agli orari di apertura e chiusura (non sono aperti tutti i giorni).
    L' abitazione è confortevole, spaziosa ed arredata con gusto; il piano cottura è elettrico a conduzione, ma si sente la mancanza di un forno. Il bagno è molto spazioso e ampio e la camera matrimoniale al piano è completa.
    La camera soppalcata è comunque largamente utilizzabile (cassettoni sotto letto x mancanza di armadio), chi di statura alta deve prestare un po' di attenzione per il soffitto in alcuni punti un po' basso. La pulizia generale della casa è discreta e senza lacune.”
