Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Meadow for badminton and football.

Please note that in the period 2023-2025 there will be road works in the area, which can be heard to some degree inside the building, usually between 7am and 4pm on weekdays. The Rennsteig , with its 168 km is just 3 km. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
