    “Alles so wie angegeben. Nettes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Klima nicht in den Schlafzimmern, aber dennoch auch dort an den heißen Tagen eine erträgliche Temperatur. Außen braucht das Grundstück etwas Liebe. Der Garten müsste gespflegt werden, das Schwimmbecken gereinigt (der Rand war schwarz!), und Gerümpel müsste weg (verschimmelter Kühlschrank, unbrauchbares Spielzeug, Golfschläger, aber kein Putter - Puttinggreen aber fast unbrauchbar, muffige Polstergruppe und ganz schlimm: fettige, ekelige Grills); sehr sehr nett war die junge Dame, die die Schlüssel übergeben hat”
