In the old town of the characteristic ancient hamlet of Pedona near Camaiore is set this terraced house spread over 3 levels. The property offers an outdoor area with panoramic views, table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, canopy swing, barbecue and parking facility. The stairs to the top floor is steep. Bedroom number 3 has no door. A restaurant (takeaway) and a grocery store are nearby. Thanks to the location of the house, you can make beautiful trips in the surrounding area. The beautiful city of Lucca, with imposing town walls and beautiful churches, is only 15 km from here. Lucca is also home to major events including the Lucca - Summer Festival, with concerts by international artists performing in the beautiful Piazza Napoleone, and the Lucca-Comics, a must for all those who love the fantasy genre. At about 34 km distance is the city of Pisa with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli with the dome, baptistery and the world famous leaning tower.     “Unsere Gruppe hat sich in dem Häuschen in Pedano wohlgefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und sauber. Der Hund in der Gruppe war auf dem abgezäunten Hof gut untergebracht und wir genossen dort auch täglich die herrliche Aussicht über das Tal hin zum Meer. Im Dorf selber waren die Menschen freundlich und zugewandt. Die Abende und Nächte waren ruhig.”

    “Das Objekt entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren nun zum dritten mal in dieser Gegend und hatten nun das optimale Haus erwischt. Ein liebenswerter, schnell erreichbarer Ort, der über Camaiore Thront und jeden Abend ein bezauberndes Lichtermeer bis hinunter zum Meer und fast der ganzen Versiliaküste bot. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett!! Sprechen auch Englisch und Französisch und sind sehr zuverlässig. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Viele kleine Utensilien, die man täglich braucht sind vorhanden; die Terrasse ist eingezäunt und mit Bast verkleidet. Super für Hunde, da können Sie frei sausen:) Zwei kleine Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch ein feines Restaurant mit Gerichten zum mitnehmen.
    Die Leute im Ort sind ebenfalls sehr nett und das ganze Ambiente ist fantastisch!!! In ca. 20 Min. ist man sowohl am freien Strand in Forti die Marmi oder Torre di Lago. Camaiore, Lido di Camaiore und Viareggio sind in 10 - 15 min. zu erreichen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Supermärkten sind ebenfalls kurzfristig zu erreichen. Einfach super!!! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen:):)”
