This lovely holiday home is set in a terrific area, close to the archipelago of the west coast. Relax on the lovely terrace and watch sea, and the boats that pass by on their way to Sotenkanalen. This location is ideal and the view is outstanding.



The terraced house is located in a child-friendly, residential area in the small town of Väjern. On the bottom floor of the house you will find a comfortable kitchen with a dining area. The spacious living room features an enormous sofa and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD-player and a CD-player. The living room opens onto the terrace with it's evening sun. the house features three bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the others with two single beds in each. The bottom floor bathroom features a WC, washbasin, and shower. In the upper floor bathroom you will find a WC, washbasin and a bath tub.



The nearest bathing spot is only 400 metres from the house. You will also find an indoor swimming pool there. Smögen and Kungshamn are only a fifteen minute walk away. Towards Kungshamn there is a walkway and bike path and nearby there are well-lit exercise trails for those who want to work on their fitness. In less favourable weather you can take a short walk to Tumlarens bath- and wellness facility which offers a gym, spa, massage, hot tub, etc.



Experience the boating- and tourist resort Smögen which is famous for its long jetty. Here you can see plenty of visitors during the summertime and view the many beautiful boats that are moored along the bridge. The seaside shops here offer a good range of clothes for all styles. There are also several restaurants serving great meals.



The well-known nature reserve Nordens Ark is well worth a visit. Here you can see the endangered animals that have found a haven in the beautiful, lush park. You can also discover the animal- and plant life found beneath the waters of the North Sea at the Sea House (Havets Hus) in Lysekil about 50 kilometres away.
