Holiday House in Sa Casa Blanca with Private Pool

This prescious old Mallorcan finca, an oasis at the end of a palm lined driveway. On the property there is, especially for children to play and plenty of room for large areas. Here you are surrounded by a very large garden with lots of orange trees and giant palms. The property has been restored by the owners, very loving and furnished with antique details. The house comprises approximately 450 square meters and is decorated in an elegant country style. Upstairs are 5 double bedrooms available, of which 3 with private bathroom en suite and access to lying in the middle terrace. All upstairs rooms have a splendid view of the garden. The other 2 rooms share 1 bathroom and there is still a room with a pool table. The ground floor has 1 single and 1 WC with washbasin, 1 large living room with fireplace, dining area and fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The outdoor area is surrounded by huge palm trees, orange and pine trees and offers an idyllic tranquility. Since the garden was laid out rather like a park, there is a swimming pool (9 x 4 m), here are a few meters from the house and for even greater peace and privacy. The pool area is fenced and child safe. The situation of the finca you can just say "ideally" because you spend a wonderful holiday in the countryside and yet only 10 minutes drive from the stunning beaches of "Arta" and "Colonia de Sant Pere" on the northeast coast.
