This beautiful house is located in the new Palm City, situated on the northern edge of Frederikshavn. The Palm City is located very close to the popular Palm beach, a good sandy beach with public amenities. The house is located on the edge of the land area and therefore quite close to the water body than other houses. The welcoming home is perfectly designed with nice furniture. The living room and kitchen are located on the first floor and on the large balcony you can enjoy a good climate and spectacular view. The popular Palm beach with beach volleyball fields are located just a few minutes away. Revel in the nice atmosphere in the marina and in the adjoining restaurant. Construction activity may happen here.
