The village Varazze, with its beautiful old town and an elegant promenade, is a pearl of the Riviera Ligure. Ideal for relaxing days at the sea. The 6 km long foot and bicycle promenade (Varazze - Cogoleto-Arenzano, bike rental in Arenzano and Varazze) is about 1 km away. The new small tourist harbour, offers elegant shops and fine restaurants. Tennis court at 500 m distance. Availability of 1 parking place in the parking lot of the building (for one average passenger car - no bus). About 300 m from a motorway. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
