They are spacious and from the kitchen and living room, there is an exit onto beautiful covered terraces with direct panoramic view on the sea. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful stone terrace with a swimming pool, which is only two-three steps away from the sea. The terrace has two toilets with showers as well as shared storage for all necessities which you might need for the sea such as swim fins etc. The house has two garages for guests of CDS476 and CDS477, while CDS478 which is right by the pool has two parking spaces on the plot. In direct proximity of the house, there is a small pebble beach, while only a few minutes of walk away there is a beautiful pebble beach with beach bar. Nearby, there are also some quality restaurants and for more entertainment there is the town of Korcula, Blato and Vela Luka.
