Holiday Apartment in Friedrichstadt with Garden and Terrace

This lovely two-room apartment of around 56m² is suitable for up to four people. It has a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and egg boiler.     2. Schlafzimmer wo? ein durchgesessenes Sofa mit undefinierbarer Decke in der Wohnstube, Kücheneinrichtung teilweise verschmutzt. Badezimmer eine kleine Müllhalde. Balkonsessel eingerissen.

    Lage sehr gut, Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Netto) 3 Minuten entfernt.
    Bis zur Innenstadt mit Linie 1 ca. 10 Minuten. Auto vor Haus stehenlassen, nicht gebraucht.
    Zusammenfassend: Für diese Wohnung(Ausstattung) ist der Preis zu hoch.”

    zu fuss in 15 minuten in der altstadt Negativ: die wohnung macht einen renovierungsbedürftigen eindruck, die sauberkeit könnte besser sein, die handtücher haben unangenehm gerochen.     “Trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten war der Urlaub ok. Positiv: - Fahrstuhl im Treppenhaus
    - Ferienwohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet
    - helle Wohnung
    - Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Negativ: Im Schlafzimmer ist die Steckdose defekt. Ein Familienmitglied hat eine gewischt bekommen.
    Es wäre auch nett, wenn Infomaterial über Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zimmer ausliegen. Auch Hinweise z. Bsp. Gästekarte für Dresden und nicht nur das Blatt für die Beherbungspauschale.
    Bei einer Vermietung von mehr als eine Person vielleicht auch unterschiedliche Farben der Handtücher.
    Thema Sauberkeit: man hätte vorher nochmal durchgehen können, ob alles ok ist. Das Bad war sehr staubig besonders die Wanne und der Boden der Wohnung. Ein Duschvorhang wäre auch nett, dann würde man auch nicht das Bad Unterwasser setzen, trotz Vorsicht beim duschen. Restaurant: Enzian an der Frauenkirche - Schweizerisches/bayrisches Essen. Sehr lecker! Restaurant gemütlich.”
