“Die Wohnung ist im 3 Stock und hat einen Lift. Die Bus Verbindung ist super man kommt schnell überall hin. Zur Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und es gibt nur ein kleines Manko ,das Bad es ist nach dem Duschen immer überschwemmt stört aber nicht. Der Strand ist ca 200m entfernt und man kann sich dort einen Platz mieten mit Liegen.”

- Austausch der Matratzen (+Lattenroste): durchgelegen bzw. zu weich
- Erneuerung der Duschkopfhalterung sowie einiger Haken
- Austausch oder Reparatur der Küchenstühle
